Tasks

  • Checking drawings, procedures, and work plans for completeness and feasibility
  • Structuring the workflow and preparing the integration setups
  • Performing integration activities such as polishing, deburring, cleaning, drying, press-fitting, screwing and measuring
  • Applying joining processes such as spot welding and gluing in accordance with the work plan
  • Setting parameters and operating systems according to specifications
  • Maintaining and servicing equipment and documenting all process steps
  • Submitting suggestions for improvement in the area of processes and fixtures
  • Coordinating with the team on open issues and deviations

Qualifications

  • Completed training with many years of professional experience as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics engineer or similar
  • Several years of professional experience in aerospace, technical documentation and maintenance and repair
  • Knowledge and certifications in the field of joining processes desirable
  • In-depth application knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
