Tasks

  • Production of fiber-reinforced composite components (GFRP/CFRP) according to lay-up plans using lamination techniques
  • Assembly and bonding of components in the air ducting and air outlet area
  • Preparation, demolding, raw part processing and reworking of components (grinding, sawing, milling), including correction of production defects
  • Functional testing and in-process quality control, including feedback and documentation in the SAP system
  • Picking and processing of add-on parts, sealing profiles, pre-cut materials and loose individual parts
  • Operation of tools, curing ovens, production machinery and application systems in serial production
  • Working in shifts as part of a collaborative and experienced team

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in a skilled trade or technical field (e.g. industrial mechanic, carpenter, process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology, electrician, mechatronics technician, painter/varnisher or equivalent)
  • Several years of professional experience in a manual or industrial environment
  • Technical understanding, manual dexterity and experience in working with technical drawings and manufacturing documentation
  • Valid Class B driver's license and private vehicle are mandatory
  • Basic PC skills (e.g. for production feedback using SAP)
  • German language skills at a business fluent level (at least C1)
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
