Tasks

  • Ensure the industrial planning of outstanding tasks within the assigned area of responsibility
  • Set priorities and make decisions based on the urgency of outstanding work
  • Monitor and control the execution of open tasks directly on the aircraft
  • Perform quality and schedule control of delivery capacities (burning capacity)
  • Communicate effectively with interfaces across all levels of the organization
  • Analyze technical interrelationships and derive appropriate measures
  • Coordinate workflows efficiently and ensure consistent goal tracking

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft manufacturer or industrial mechanic, each at least at master level, or alternatively a degree in engineering or aerospace engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in work preparation, production planning and control, and process planning
  • Good knowledge of lean management and project management
  • Advanced skills in SAP and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 level)
  • Willingness to work in a two-shift system
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
