Responsibilities
- Manufacturing work plans for metallic forming parts, considering technical and cost-efficient aspects
- Manufacturing equipment concepts for complex metallic forming parts
- Production processes analyze, optimize, and further develop
- Continuous improvement through the development and implementation of measures (KVP)
- Master data maintenance for all planning-relevant information
- Special topics and projects support and actively work on as sub-project manager
- Budget and Capex planning for production equipment and investments
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or training as a Technician/Specialist Manager
- Several years of professional experience in work preparation or Manufacturing Engineering
- Practical experience in manufacturing planning and knowledge of parts production
- Proficient application knowledge of SAP/R3 and zamiz; experience with Google Workspace is advantageous
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English skills
- Good knowledge of project management and process management
- Teamwork skills, strong communication skills, and independent, structured working approach
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
