At HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH in Ulm, you will work as a Production Planner & Electronics Technician to manage material availability and order processing for electronics manufacturing. You ensure the timely provision of components and, with your process-oriented approach, contribute to an efficient production flow.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 53,987 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 30.06.2027. Responsibilities
- Material availability: Check and create status reports for electronics manufacturing
- Missing parts: Identify and ensure their timely provision
- Order processing: Convert planned orders into manufacturing orders within the opening horizon
- Production prerequisites: Verify to ensure scheduled production starts
- Manufacturing documents: Prepare and hand over to production control
- Problem-solving: Initiate and manage corrective actions for deviations and material issues
- Material procurement: Trigger and coordinate procurement outside the bill of materials
- Process-compliant execution: Ensure using the production planning tool
Qualifications
- Completed apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems with additional qualification as a state-certified technician or equivalent
- Several years of experience in production planning and order processing for series and customer returns
- Good knowledge in the application of production planning tools
- Proficient use of MS Office; SAP knowledge (ERP, PLM, EWM modules) advantageous
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least C1)
- Independent working style, strong communication and teamwork skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
