Responsibilities
- Manufacturing planning for individual parts and assemblies in new and series production
- Work plan creation and selection of optimal manufacturing concepts
- Process documentation through creation of Standard Operation Instructions (SOIs) and other manufacturing dossiers
- Process optimization by identifying manufacturing problems and initiating containment measures
- Resource planning with preparation of budget, personnel, and capital expenditure (Capex) plans for the finance department
- Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) to optimize costs, deadlines, and quality
- Disposition and control of component availability, workshop capacities, and deadline monitoring
Qualifications
- Completed degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical field (at least technician/master craftsman level)
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing planning/control, production planning and control (PPC), and manufacturing engineering
- Experience in aerospace
- Proficient use of SAP (knowledge of detailed functions) as well as Taksy/Gesy/Tesy and zamiz (in-depth application knowledge)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English
- Basic knowledge of Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) and civil aviation documentation (CA)
- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and an independent, structured way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
