Responsibilities


  • Work preparation for new and series production, including implementation and production ramp-ups
  • Work plans create and maintain according to engineering specifications
  • Production coordination with regular feedback and alignment loops
  • Industrial assets such as tools, machines, and equipment define and coordinate
  • Production problems analyze, support escalations, and promote continuous improvement
  • Industrial changes participate in and act as interface to design and supply chain
  • FMEA / PFMEA conduct and support
  • Data quality and configuration management in the production environment ensure


Qualifications

  • Vocational training in a metalworking profession or technical training with extensive professional experience
  • Alternatively: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or a technical field
  • Many years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, Manufacturing Engineering, or production planning and control
  • Proficient use of Windows, MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP (R3), and Taksy/Gesy/Tesy
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • CV in English required
  • Reliable, responsible, and independent working style as well as good communication skills and team orientation
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
