You ensure all components are available on time and manufacturing capacities are optimally utilized. Responsibilities
- Production Planning: Determining the manufacturing sequence considering deadlines, capacities, and material availability
- Order Management: Structuring and managing work orders in the SAP system
- Progress Control: Monitoring the production flow and coordinating in case of delays
- Material Availability: Ensuring all required components are available for on-time delivery
- Logistics Coordination: Organizing material transport, packaging, and shipping
- Interface Management: Central point of contact for material issues and disruptions in the Electrical Components manufacturing area
- KPI Reporting: Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators for the production area
Qualifications
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g., as an industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in production planning and control or work preparation
- Experience in production and supply chain
- Proficient use of SAP and MS Office
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Completed further training as a certified technician or master craftsman is desirable
- Teamwork skills, structured way of working, and high commitment
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
