For our client ArianeGroup GmbH, we are looking for a Production Planner Resource Management at the Taufkirchen site. In this central position, you control resource planning and production schedules for complex manufacturing processes – from machining to final assembly. Your analytical work forms the basis for efficient workflows and on-time deliveries.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 65,229 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.05.2027. Responsibilities
- Resource Management: Analyze capacities and workload, and be responsible for scheduling and control
- Production Scheduling: Plan, monitor, and control manufacturing processes
- Interface Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for manufacturing areas, procurement, quality assurance, and production engineering
- Manufacturing Documentation: Creation and maintenance of manufacturing documentation
- Procurement Control: Coordinate the procurement of raw materials, components, manufacturing aids, and external services
- Key Performance Indicator Management: Capture and monitor performance metrics for On Time, On Cost, and On Quality
- Quality Management: Control of actions within the framework of quality notifications
- Process Improvement: Active participation in continuous improvement projects
Qualifications
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in production planning and control (PPC), manufacturing, procurement, project management and/or quality management
- In-depth application knowledge of SAP/R3 as well as knowledge of Teamcenter and Planisware
- Confident handling of MS Office programs
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (business fluent, at least C1)
- Good English language skills, both written and spoken (proficient, at least B2)
- High level of initiative, pronounced teamwork skills, and strong communication skills in cross-departmental collaboration
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
