Tasks

  • Controlling resource management as well as planning and controlling production orders
  • Performing capacity and workload analyses to ensure stable processes
  • Responsible for demand and inventory management, including material availability
  • Coordinating with production areas (machining, joining technology, surface coating, testing, assembly & testing) as well as purchasing, quality assurance, and production engineering
  • Creating and maintaining production documentation and order documents
  • Coordinating the procurement of raw materials, components, and production aids, as well as external production services via purchasing
  • Planning, monitoring, and adjusting production deadlines, including progress control
  • Recording and tracking key figures for on-time, on-cost, and on-quality, as well as controlling measures in the event of quality reports

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk), technical vocational training, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, production planning and control, or purchasing
  • Several years of experience in project management and/or quality management desirable
  • In-depth application knowledge of SAP (especially SAP R/3); confident use of common IT tools
  • Knowledge of Teamcenter and Planisware is an advantage
  • Business fluent in German (at least C1); advanced English (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
