Tasks
- Controlling resource management as well as planning and controlling production orders
- Performing capacity and workload analyses to ensure stable processes
- Responsible for demand and inventory management, including material availability
- Coordinating with production areas (machining, joining technology, surface coating, testing, assembly & testing) as well as purchasing, quality assurance, and production engineering
- Creating and maintaining production documentation and order documents
- Coordinating the procurement of raw materials, components, and production aids, as well as external production services via purchasing
- Planning, monitoring, and adjusting production deadlines, including progress control
- Recording and tracking key figures for on-time, on-cost, and on-quality, as well as controlling measures in the event of quality reports
Qualifications
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk), technical vocational training, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, production planning and control, or purchasing
- Several years of experience in project management and/or quality management desirable
- In-depth application knowledge of SAP (especially SAP R/3); confident use of common IT tools
- Knowledge of Teamcenter and Planisware is an advantage
- Business fluent in German (at least C1); advanced English (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
