At Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Stade, you will assume a pivotal role as a Production Planner Scheduling & Disposition, actively supporting the production programs A350, A400M and EFA. Tasks
- Planning and controlling production orders as part of the A350, A400M, and EFA aircraft programs
- Coordination with relevant interfaces across departments to ensure smooth production workflows
- Monitoring and optimizing MRP processes as well as analyzing and maintaining control parameters
- Creating and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure production performance and implementing improvement actions
- Material planning using SAP, including end-to-end material flow from warehouse to production handover
- Coordinating rework activities and implementing recovery measures in the event of production deviations
- Communicating production priorities to manufacturing teams and visualizing production progress
- Analyzing inventory levels and coverage, forecasting demand and aligning with production scheduling
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain management / logistics or a technical field
- Several years of professional experience in work preparation, manufacturing engineering, project management, process optimization and as a technical administrator
- In-depth knowledge of Lean Management and continuous process improvement (CPI)
- Strong SAP skills and confident handling of Google Workspace
- Business-fluent German skills (at least C1) and advanced English skills (at least B1)
- Independent and structured working style with a high sense of responsibility
- Distinct communication skills and strong team orientation
- A valid and unrestricted work permit for the European Union (student visa not sufficient) is mandatory
