Responsibilities
- Manufacturing Documentation: Creation and maintenance of Manufacturing Engineering (ME) dossiers such as work plans, bills of material, and standard operating instructions
- Production Equipment: Commissioning and provision of standardized manufacturing equipment
- Process Optimization: Continuous improvement of production processes through cost-improvement measures and idea management
- Manufacturing Concepts: Further development and adaptation of production concepts
- Disruption Management: Rapid problem-solving for production obstacles and provision of ME information for non-conformity reports
- Order Control: Creation and supervision of rework orders (S02/03 & S99) in the SAP system
Qualifications
- Completed technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering) or comparable qualification as a certified technician / business administrator
- Several years of professional experience in work preparation and Manufacturing Engineering
- Experience in production planning/control as well as in disposition and material procurement
- Proficient handling of SAP, MS Office (especially Excel), and zamiz
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English
- Willingness to work in shifts (early and late shifts on a weekly rotation)
- Analytical thinking, structured and independent working style, as well as strong communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
