We are looking for a Production Planning Project Manager for our client Airbus Operations GmbH at their Hamburg-Finkenwerder site. In this role, you will bring together program, planning, production, manufacturing engineering, logistics, and procurement –and ensure that routines, systems, and key figures work in everyday life. Tasks
- Leading projects to define and implement planning and decision-making routines between program, planning, production, manufacturing engineering, logistics, and external procurement
- Defining and implementing standards, routines, and IT solutions for production planning (plan & schedule)
- Responsibility for process management and Airbus Operating System (AOS) implementation in the planning environment
- Moderating local and central stakeholder interests and bringing about robust decisions on process changes
- Developing, introducing, and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) for controlling planning and production
- Initiating and accompanying improvement projects, including coaching/training approaches in the team and interface environment
Qualifications
- Degree in engineering or supply chain management/logistics (at least a bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in project management, supply chain/logistics, and IT/information systems
- Experience in improvement projects and confident application of project management methods
- Basic knowledge of SAP and confident use of Google Workspace
- Experience in coaching or training desirable
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
