Responsibilities


  • Process optimization and further development of production workflows through continuous improvement
  • Develop manufacturing concepts and implement cost reduction measures
  • Budget and resource planning as well as support for capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning
  • Create work plans for individual parts and assemblies in compliance with REACH requirements
  • Analyze manufacturing problems and develop solutions for resolution
  • Provide project consultation on technical and design-related questions
  • Actively support and accompany ReFill and ramp-up projects
  • Introduce and further develop automation technologies


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a precision mechanic, aircraft mechanic, aircraft builder, industrial mechanic, machine fitter, mechatronics technician, toolmaker, or in a metalworking trade with at least a technician or business administrator qualification
  • Alternatively, a completed degree in aircraft construction, aerospace, or mechatronics with at least a technician or business administrator qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in design, manufacturing engineering, and production planning and control
  • Initial experience with jigs & tools, measurement technology, and project management
  • Proficient use of SAP and in-depth application knowledge of Catia V5
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Teamwork skills, communication strength, and independent working style
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
