Tasks
- Identification and evaluation of production disruptions in engine overhaul
- Implementation and coordination of solutions within the organization
- Procurement of missing parts to support process stability
- Ensuring sustainable resolution of disruptions through systematic analysis
- Cooperation with adjacent areas for rapid implementation of measures
- Documentation and tracking of measure efficiency
Qualifications
- Completed technical vocational training (e.g., as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics engineer, or electronics technician) with further training as a technician or master craftsman
- Desirable: Experience in project work or project management
- Very good knowledge of SAP, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good German and English skills (at least B2 in each)
- Willingness to work flexible hours or early shifts
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
