Responsibilities
- Fine machining of aerospace components through grinding and deburring
- Machining of milled contours using band saws and cutting-off machines
- Precision drilling with templates according to technical drawings
- Surface inspection by aligning transitions and eliminating chatter marks
- Quality assurance through independent inspection work
- Process documentation of work sequences and results
- Process optimization of manufacturing workflows to increase efficiency
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a mechanic, fitter (construction, machine fitter) or in a metalworking trade
- Many years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, ideally as a fitter
- Several years of experience in the metal sector with a focus on fine machining
- Confident reading and application of technical drawings
- Business fluent German (at least C1)
- High level of teamwork and independent, structured way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
