Responsibilities


  • Project Steering: Comprehensive commercial steering of projects throughout their entire duration
  • Cost Structuring: Definition and establishment of project cost structures (WBS/CBS) in coordination with project management
  • SAP Project Planning: Commercial planning, steering, and monitoring of projects (revenue, costs, cash flow)
  • Reporting: Regular preparation of reports on revenue, costs, and key figures, including analysis of variances
  • Project Support: Proactive support of project teams by providing relevant key figures and recommendations for action
  • Invoicing: Execution of contract-compliant invoicing and active management of incoming payments
  • Offer Calculation: Preparation of offer calculations and support in offer creation
  • Business Cases: Development of well-founded business cases for the economic evaluation of new product introductions


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field (at least Bachelor's degree)
  • Many years of professional experience in controlling
  • Many years of professional experience in contract management
  • Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP-FI/CO is a great advantage; experience with Jira is desirable
  • Good knowledge of project management
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Analytical thinking, communication skills, and independent working style
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
