Responsibilities
- Project & Program Planning: Act as the primary interface on the H145 platform and harmonize planning data from various business areas
- Planning Tools: Create robust project plans in the Unified Planning tool and maintain dynamic links between milestones
- Earned Value Management (EVM): Implement and maintain the EVM process for the program function
- Financial Integration: Work closely with financial controllers to seamlessly integrate schedule data into financial reporting
- KPIs & Reporting: Visualize, interpret, and present planning, EVM, and performance KPIs to program management
- Document Exchange Management: Lead the process for secure and export-compliant document flow with external partners
- Tool Maintenance & Support: Perform functional tool administration, incident management, and training for PMOs
- Risk Analysis: Conduct schedule risk analyses (Schedule Risk Analysis) as required
Qualifications
- Completed degree (at least Bachelor's) in project management, computer science, engineering, business informatics, industrial engineering, or business administration
- Several years of professional experience in project management, IT/information systems, manufacturing/production, or technical documentation
- Solid understanding of the principles, methods, and metrics of Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Proficient use of standard office applications (MS Office, GSuite), SAP, and planning tools (especially Unified Planning / Planisware)
- Business fluent English (at least C1) and proficient German (at least B2)
- Experience in interface coordination and international teamwork
- Proactive and independent working style, strong coordination skills, and excellent communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
