For our client ArianeGroup GmbH, we are immediately seeking a Project Buyer Construction at the location Lampoldshausen. As a strategic partner, you shape the tendering of buildings, infrastructure, and production facilities – from the early project phase to supplier management. Your expertise in tendering, contract design, and risk management ensures high-quality, economical, and timely project realization.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 73,555 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.07.2027. Responsibilities
- Project procurement for buildings, infrastructure, and production facilities planned and coordinated strategically
- Procurement strategy implemented and actively evolved through portfolio structuring and expansion
- Tendering packages identified and structured during early project phases
- Tendering coordinated and conducted – from documentation to supplier selection
- Contract negotiations conducted for commercial and legal conditions
- Orders and contracts created and their proper implementation monitored
- Process compliance ensured (gate processes, savings, risk management, supplier evaluation)
- Supplier performance (quality, time, cost) actively managed and improved
Qualifications
- Completed degree (at least Bachelor) in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in construction as well as in operational and strategic procurement and in scheduling/material procurement
- Extensive professional experience in contract management and process planning
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and SAP
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least C1); French skills advantageous
- Willingness for occasional business trips
- Independent working style, team skills, assertiveness, and high sense of responsibility
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
