For our client Lufthansa Technik AG, we are looking for a Project Management Infrastructure Specialist at the Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel location. You will take over the operational control of the rollout of a central project management tool and coordinate implementation activities at the interface between specialist departments, management, and IT.

Responsibilities
- Tool Rollout by operationally steering and coordinating implementation activities for the Clarity project management tool
- Change Management for software applications: evaluating, prioritizing, and synchronizing change requests as well as new developments and enhancements
- Project Leadership by taking primary responsibility for the implementation of measures in terms of content, schedule, and budget
- Authorization and Training Concepts by creating, implementing, and continuously developing them
- Technical Documentation by creating and maintaining it according to internal requirements
- Stakeholder Communication by ensuring continuous information flow and representing the responsible software applications in relevant committees
- Interface Management by designing and optimizing interfaces with internal and external partners
Qualifications
- Completed university degree (preferably in business administration, computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering) or proven equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in IT coordination, IT service management, or tool rollouts is an advantage
- Good experience and IT skills in a project management environment, ideally with Clarity or MS Project
- Experience in aligning requirements between specialist departments, IT, and management
- Basic understanding of project management processes, methods, and governance structures
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and very good English skills (at least B2)
- Strong initiative, resilience, and confident, adept demeanor
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
