The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 69,608 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 30.11.2026. Responsibilities
- Project management support in the Research & Technology area with a cross-program orientation
- Interface coordination and tracking of project progress, with a perspective on tasks moving towards project leadership
- Research projects support as an interface function for publicly funded initiatives (EU and state funding)
- Meeting management through preparation, execution, and follow-up of meetings and internal alignments
- Teamwork with project managers and stakeholders in the Research & Technology area, ensuring effective and collaborative partnerships
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in project management
- Initial experience with research projects in aviation (funding / EU funding) is an advantage
- Proficient use of Google Workspace; knowledge in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is an advantage
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Team orientation, strong communication skills, and an agile, structured way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
