Tasks
- End-to-end responsibility for defined applications with a focus on SAP Fiori: stable operations, performance and continuous development
- Capture, analyse and prioritise requirements with internal and external stakeholders, and translate them into functional and technical solution concepts
- Manage implementation in line with the target architecture and support rollout through to go-live
- Analyse incidents, coordinate resolution and drive sustainable measures to stabilise operations and improve quality
- Assess and decide on change requests and enhancements regarding feasibility, business value and architectural compliance
- Plan release cycles end-to-end, provide functional steering and track timelines and budgets
- Develop and consistently maintain role and authorisation concepts; plan and deliver trainings; keep documentation up to date
- Represent the applications in committees and working groups, advise key users on functional topics and actively shape collaboration with internal and external partners
Qualifications
- Completed university degree, e.g. Computer Science, Business Informatics or Industrial Engineering, or a proven equivalent qualification
- Experience in IT coordination, IT service management and interface roles between IT and business departments is an advantage
- Good knowledge of IT project management, agile methods and IT management
- Solid understanding of modern IT system landscapes, application management and service management processes, with a strong affinity for IT-related topics
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in ERP and CAFM environments, preferably SAP (especially Fiori) and FAMOS
- Very good German and English skills (min. C1)
- Willingness to pursue job-related professional development
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
