At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will work as a Project Manager as Change Agent to drive continuous improvement of work processes and manufacturing flows. You will analyze existing systems, develop forward-looking concepts, and sustainably implement lean principles – from strategic planning to practical execution.

Responsibilities


  • Strategic planning and sustainable implementation of lean principles for continuous improvement of the entire work system
  • Workshop leadership from conception through moderation to follow-up and documentation
  • Stakeholder management with active selection of relevant areas and persons
  • Process analysis for detailed recording of the current state and systematic identification of waste
  • Develop future concepts, including tactical implementation plans and cost-benefit analyses
  • Project implementation and sustainable safeguarding of optimization measures in processes and manufacturing flows
  • Conduct training, adapt standard materials, and act as a coach and consultant
  • Standard development by identifying deviations, leading trials, and further developing lean tools


Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or International Management (at least Bachelor's)
  • Several years of professional experience in change management and project management
  • Experience in process improvement and quality management
  • Good knowledge of change management and project management; basic knowledge of lean management and risk management
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace; Skywise and AI affinity advantageous
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, sense of responsibility, and organizational talent
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
