At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will take on the role of Project Manager, steering and coordinating projects in the Structure and Cross area for the FAL. You combine technical understanding with economic thinking and ensure that projects are successfully implemented in terms of time, scope, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities
- Project Steering: Ensuring and coordinating an entire project from planning to implementation
- Project Goals: Actively supporting the achievement of defined project goals in time, scope, cost, and quality
- Interface Management: Identifying, aligning, and coordinating all relevant project interfaces
- Project Planning: Creating and representing detailed effort plans and project descriptions
- Contract Management: Planning and controlling project suppliers
- Cost-Benefit Analysis: Conducting cost-benefit analyses for projects
- Process Integration: Planning the integration of projects into existing processes and further developing manufacturing and quality procedures
- Budget & Reporting: Creating budget plans and documenting project status for quality, technology, cost, and deadlines
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production and aircraft construction
- Several years of experience in project leadership and project management as well as process improvement
- Detailed specialist knowledge of SAP; knowledge of Google Workspace and Risk Management
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Willingness to travel worldwide on business trips (maximum once per year)
- Teamwork skills, communication strength, and entrepreneurial thinking with a clear focus on budgets and deadlines
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
