Responsibilities


  • Project Control: Integration and analysis of time, cost, resource, and quality data for strategic decision-making
  • Program Planning: Creation and management of project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures
  • Risk Management: Identification, assessment, and control of project risks and opportunities
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking of milestones, controlling project performance, and reporting
  • Process Implementation: Management and optimization of project management processes and tools
  • Phase Reviews: Conducting and supporting reviews to ensure project objectives are met


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree (at least Bachelor's) in Aerospace Engineering, Engineering, Aeronautics and Astronautics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, or Economics
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production and project management
  • Experience in the aerospace industry and knowledge of Airbus advantageous
  • Basic knowledge of Change Management, Process Management, and Risk Management
  • Proficient use of Google Workspace; knowledge of Planisware advantageous
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Willingness to travel (approximately once a month within Northern Germany)
  • Strong teamwork skills, communication skills, and ability to work independently
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
