Tasks
- Responsibility for project management in the area of construction and facility management – with a focus on quality, technology, costs, and deadlines
- Establishment and management of interdisciplinary project teams across all project phases
- Active risk management and integration of lessons learned
- Preparation of decision templates and investment applications in collaboration with purchasing and controlling
- Schedule management, including milestone planning and coordination of official approvals
- Management of planning phases LPH 3–7, including tender documents and service specifications
- Evaluation of bids, participation in awarding contracts, and preparation of contract terms
- Organization and moderation of construction and planning meetings, coordination of acceptance and commissioning
Qualifications
- Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, electrical engineering, construction project management or a comparable technical field
- Many years of professional experience in project management
- Several years of experience in construction management, construction and contract management
- Good knowledge of risk management
- Knowledge of facility management, particularly with regard to HOAI and VOB, as well as in the field of AHO, is desirable
- Very good knowledge of MS Project and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
