Tasks
- Responsibility for project management across all phases – with a focus on time, cost and quality
- Building and guiding a high-performing project team
- Managing and communicating across all relevant interfaces, including suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring smooth and transparent information flow
- Applying methodologies in the areas of change management, risk management and process management
- Contributing to the development and optimisation of logistics processes using tools such as Kanban, Skywise or C-Place
Qualifications
- Completed university degree in aerospace engineering, logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering or business administration
- Several years of professional experience in project management, supply chain/logistics, material planning/procurement and warehouse logistics
- Sound knowledge of change management and basic understanding of process and risk management; Kanban experience is an advantage
- Confident user of SAP R/3 and Google Workspace
- Experience with Skywise and C-Place is a plus
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, resilience and strong organisational abilities
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa permitted) is strictly required
