The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 78,341 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.12.2028. Responsibilities
- Project management for the implementation of the Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) system
- Process analysis: Conducting "as-is" analysis and defining use cases
- Interface definition between different warehouse management and production control systems
- System development: Initiation and expert support of EWM development with the IT department
- Acceptance testing: Performing and evaluating business acceptance tests
- Training: Conducting user training for the involved staff
- Deployment & Support: Leading the rollout and accompanying the hypercare phase
- Reporting: Preparing regular project reports for higher management
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree (at least Bachelor's) in computer science, business informatics, a technical field or supply chain / logistics
- Several years of professional experience in IT/information systems, warehouse logistics and logistics
- Several years of professional experience in project leadership and project management
- Expert knowledge in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) as well as detailed specialist knowledge in SAP/LE-WM, SAP/MM-SD and SAP/R3
- Very good knowledge of change management, CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) and risk management
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least C1)
- High willingness to travel (to Hamburg, approx. 15 days during the assignment)
- Independent way of working, team skills, strong communication skills and analytical thinking
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
