We are looking for you as a Project Manager Lean Management / Shop Floor Management for Lufthansa Technik AG at the Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel location. You will manage projects related to production and information systems, ensure the smooth implementation of Lean methods, and make sure that solutions do not end with the project but function sustainably in daily operations. Responsibilities
- Plan and lead projects for the further development of production and information systems in (inter)national teams (in-person/virtual/hybrid)
- Ensure implementation in accordance with technical specifications, deadlines, and budget, including documentation and a sustainable handover to operations
- Advise departments and managers on potential and measures and coordinate the approach with the client
- Methodically integrate Lean Management and Shop Floor Management and embed them in implementation
- Manage project communication: create templates, coordinate committees/interfaces, present status and results
- Prepare, manage, and accept services from external service providers
- Incorporate state-of-the-art technology and innovative solutions to ensure user-friendliness and future-proofing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in project management, ideally in a production environment
- Knowledge of Lean Management and/or Shop Floor Management
- Strong understanding of business fundamentals and interrelationships
- Technical aptitude and interest
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Business-fluent German (min. C1); advanced English (min. B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is mandatory
