Tasks

  • Coordination of subcontractors and partner companies involved in the military sector
  • Ensuring the processing of customer orders and repair orders
  • Monitoring and analyzing customer KPIs and deriving measures
  • Defining and tracking customer action plans for performance improvement
  • Developing and implementing logistics strategies for service optimization
  • Processing customer complaints and clarifying them in a timely manner
  • Implementing process improvements and automation

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in business administration, international management or a comparable field of study
  • Alternatively: Completed commercial training with further education (e.g., Bachelor Professional) and relevant professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in purchasing, finance, IT, marketing, project management and sales
  • Advanced German and English skills (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
