Tasks
- Evaluating and tracking contract adjustments relating to import and export candidates
- End-to-end monitoring and control of NOS data management (monitoring, tracking, status control)
- Ensuring complete export control classification, including monitoring and control
- Creating and maintaining material master data in SAP BWCS
- Coordinating and liaising with configuration management via defined service level agreements
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory management, including deriving measures in the event of deviations
- Participating in meetings with program and end customers and clearly communicating status, risks, and to-dos
- Acting as Material Master Data Focal Point for the German Armed Forces (BAAINBw) and the internal NOS team
Qualifications
- Completed degree in engineering or business administration
- Alternatively: Completed commercial or technical vocational training plus further training (master craftsman or technician) and additional subject-specific qualification (e.g., business administrator)
- Several years of professional experience in aerospace, project management, supply chain/logistics, and data management
- Experience in continuous improvement processes
- Several years of experience in support & service is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of SAP Materials Management and confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of AMOSS and ASD2000M is desirable
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
