Responsibilities
- Project management of small and sub-projects from the idea phase to final implementation
- Process optimization through analysis of existing production workflows and identification of improvement potential
- Technical coordination with engineering, technology, and other teams to define requirements and provide processes
- Efficiency increase through targeted implementation of measures for cost reduction and performance improvement
- Budget planning and participation in investment decisions for projects and optimization measures
- Agile methods for flexible and efficient project management and handling of dynamic requirements
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in project management, a technical field, or business administration (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in the aerospace industry
- Several years of experience in project management
- Basic knowledge of risk management
- Proficient use of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Willingness to travel (approx. 2 times per year for 2 weeks each to China)
- Independent working style, teamwork skills, and pronounced communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
