Responsibilities


  • Performance Dashboards: Design, update, and maintain dynamic dashboards and project KPIs
  • Reporting: Consolidate project data to prepare high-quality reporting packages and presentation slides for quality gates and steering committees
  • Project Planning Support: Assist in tracking and maintaining detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables
  • Risk and Issue Management: Coordinate tracking of risks, issues, and action items across international, multi-functional teams
  • Document Management: Structure and maintain a centralized, intuitive knowledge repository for project artifacts and data sources
  • Project Communication: Draft and publish project newsletters, progress updates, and internal awareness materials
  • Change Management: Execute the change management plan through targeted communication actions, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement in partnership with the PMO team


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Administration (at least Bachelor's) or Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in project management
  • Proficient use of Google Workspace
  • Strong interest in data visualization tools (e.g., Google Looker Studio, advanced Sheets)
  • Business fluent English (at least C1); German and/or French skills are a plus
  • Highly structured, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication strength, and a constructive, service-oriented, problem-solving mindset
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
