For our client Lufthansa Technik AG, we are looking for a Project Manager Process Engineering at the Hamburg location. You will take responsibility for the entire project execution – from planning and procurement to commissioning and modification of process engineering production plants. In an international environment, you coordinate all involved parties and ensure compliance with cost, schedule, and quality targets.

Responsibilities
- Project management for the planning, procurement, and commissioning of process engineering plants such as cleaning or electroplating systems
- Interface coordination between planning engineers, customers, suppliers, and internal specialist departments
- Project management with consistent tracking of costs, quality, and deadlines
- Analysis and optimization of existing technical systems and processes
- Automation of processes to increase plant utilization
- Customer consultation and support regarding operating resources, machinery, and equipment
- Infrastructure projects for the integration of high-value machinery in national and international operations
Qualifications
- Successfully completed university degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, environmental technology, or a comparable field
- Many years of experience in project management and the conceptual design of technical solutions in plant engineering
- Very good knowledge of environmental protection as well as product and operational safety (e.g., BImSchG, TA Luft, Machinery Directive)
- Good general IT skills
- Fluent German (C2) and good English skills (at least B2)
- Willingness to travel on business
- Strong teamwork skills, communication skills, and analytical thinking
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
