Responsibilities
- Project management for product industrialization projects – responsible from planning to monitoring
- Project leadership of cross-functional projects from tendering to series delivery
- Technical leadership of multidisciplinary teams
- Reporting to steering committees and management levels on project status
- Project controlling including budget management and cost monitoring
- Risk management conducted proactively throughout the entire product lifecycle
Qualifications
- Completed degree in engineering, a technical field, or a comparable qualification (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
- Several years of practical experience in project management and process improvement
- Experience in aircraft manufacturing is a significant advantage
- Detailed specialist knowledge of MS-Project and SAP
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Assertiveness, strong communication skills, and an independent way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
