You will take overall responsibility for managing trades and coordinating all project processes – from planning to final completion. Working closely with internal specialist departments and operational teams, you ensure smooth implementation and on-time achievement of objectives.

Responsibilities
- Project Management: Take overall leadership and control of trades for the refurbishment of a manufacturing area from concept to implementation
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and actively monitor processes, steerings, deadlines, and timelines
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal specialist departments such as Facility, Industrialization, Production, Project Management and Development, as well as operational teams
- Information Management: Ensure continuous information flow between all involved departments and teams
- Process Optimization: Continuously analyze project processes and optimize them to increase efficiency
Qualifications
- Completed technical training at least at technician/specialist manager level or a completed technical Bachelor's degree
- Several years of professional experience in project leadership and project management
- Experience in the areas of work preparation, production planning/control, and interface management
- Confident use of MS Office as well as good knowledge of process management, change management, and lean management
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and basic skills in English (at least A2)
- High resilience, strong sense of responsibility, and organizational talent
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset as well as strong communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
