Responsibilities
- Programme control for A350 work packages at the Nordenham site
- Integrated planning maintenance and continuous updating in coordination with all functions and the customer
- Delivery performance and risk monitoring for programmes, projects or portfolios
- Recovery measures leadership for at-risk programmes, projects or deliverables and escalation management
- Detailed programme plans creation and maintenance for A350 rate projects
- Project progress monitoring and identification of risks, deviations and bottlenecks
- Schedule deviations analysis and development of appropriate countermeasures with production, procurement and engineering
- Status reports on project progress, risks and measures for management and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Completed degree (at least Bachelor's) in project management, aerospace, a technical subject, industrial engineering, business administration or economics
- Several years of professional experience in the aerospace industry
- Several years of experience in project leadership and project management
- Initial application knowledge of SAP; knowledge of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1); proficient English (at least B2)
- Knowledge of cPlace is an advantage
- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
- Strong communication skills, organisational talent and independent, structured way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
