Tasks
- Lead and manage complex, cross-program topics in Quality Assurance
- Plan and lead continuous improvement (CIP/KVP) projects, including target definition and implementation
- Define and follow up on action standards to ensure product and process requirements are met
- Analyse deviations and facilitate problem-solving methods in line with Total Quality Management
- Support production and quality processes with a focus on stability, standards and measurable performance
- Conduct operational surveillance to ensure process compliance and effectiveness
- Improve process performance, reliability and repeatability across the entire product lifecycle
Qualifications
- Completed degree or qualification as a Technician / Specialist in Project Management, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable technical field
- Several years of professional experience in project management, process improvement and quality management
- Good knowledge of Continuous Improvement Process (CIP/KVP), Lean Management and Total Quality Management / problem-solving methods
- Very good knowledge of Google Workspace
- Negotiation-level German and English skills (min. C1)
- Analytical and structured way of working – ability to quickly understand interdependencies, coordinate processes efficiently and meet deadlines reliably
- Strong communication and teamwork skills – confident collaboration with stakeholders across all levels, with open and transparent communication
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
