The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 57,075 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.05.2027. Responsibilities
- Budget Process Support: Support the Chief Engineer in budget planning and control for the programs
- Interface Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for scheduling tasks between Engineering and other organizations
- Planning Tool Maintenance: Keep the scheduling in the Unified Planning Tool (UP) up to date
- Budget Execution: Actively support the execution of the annual budget as well as OP/EACs/Forecasts
- Risk Anticipation: Identify and address major risks and issues due to planning changes at an early stage
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Engineering or Aerospace (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in engineering, ideally in aerospace
- Experience in project management
- Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project, and SAP
- Business fluent English (at least C1)
- High adaptability to new topics and ways of working in a network mode
- Teamwork and communication skills in an international environment
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
