Responsibilities


  • Project leadership across the entire lifecycle in procurement and supply chain
  • International coordination of cross-functional teams in a European environment
  • Project Management Office (PMO) activities planning and implementation
  • Stakeholder communication between various countries and time zones
  • Project planning with detailed plans and tracking of deliverables
  • Risk and scope management while adhering to timelines and quality standards
  • Digital transformation support within the SAP ecosystem


Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, Economics, or comparable (at least Technician/Technical Manager level)
  • Several years of professional experience in project management, procurement, supply chain, and change management
  • Experience working in a matrix and multicultural environment; Airbus experience is an advantage
  • Proficient use of SAP (knowledge of detailed functions) and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • CV in English required
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
