Responsibilities


  • Project leadership and contribution to transversal projects within the department's portfolio
  • Define, implement, and steer project organization, including matrix structures
  • Ensure solid project planning with business case and on-time milestone delivery
  • Actively conduct risk and opportunity management for the project
  • Prepare concise steering committee dossiers and presentation materials for management
  • Regular project communication on status, progress, and risks to stakeholders
  • Effectively integrate lessons learned and seek simplifications


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, or Economics (at least Bachelor's degree)
  • Many years of experience in project management and customer service
  • Several years of experience in project leadership and stakeholder management
  • Initial application knowledge of SAP; knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Good knowledge of change management and project management; basic knowledge of process and risk management
  • Business fluent English (at least C1); German or French advantageous
  • Willingness to travel (4-6 times per year)
  • Airbus experience required; IT/information systems, Skywise, and AI skills advantageous
  • Strong teamwork, communication skills, and analytical thinking
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
