Responsibilities
- Project leadership and contribution to transversal projects within the department's portfolio
- Define, implement, and steer project organization, including matrix structures
- Ensure solid project planning with business case and on-time milestone delivery
- Actively conduct risk and opportunity management for the project
- Prepare concise steering committee dossiers and presentation materials for management
- Regular project communication on status, progress, and risks to stakeholders
- Effectively integrate lessons learned and seek simplifications
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, or Economics (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Many years of experience in project management and customer service
- Several years of experience in project leadership and stakeholder management
- Initial application knowledge of SAP; knowledge of Google Workspace
- Good knowledge of change management and project management; basic knowledge of process and risk management
- Business fluent English (at least C1); German or French advantageous
- Willingness to travel (4-6 times per year)
- Airbus experience required; IT/information systems, Skywise, and AI skills advantageous
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and analytical thinking
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
