Responsibilities
- Project Management: Planning, monitoring, and controlling development projects regarding time, scope, cost, and quality
- Project Planning: Creation of work breakdown structures and scheduling for all project phases
- Reporting & Communication: Preparation of weekly status and KPI reports as well as coordination of regular status meetings with specialist teams
- Verification and Validation Management: Compilation of evidence for requirement compliance in collaboration with specialist teams
- Risk and Opportunity Management: Active identification, highlighting, and management of project risks, dependencies, and delays
- Configuration Management: Support as a Change Request Manager and execution of archiving activities for project documents
- Project Organization: Definition, implementation, and control of the project team structure throughout the entire project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in project management, project leadership, and engineering
- Experience in change management, configuration management, and interface management
- In-depth application knowledge of PDM systems (PDMLink, PDMlink A350) as well as DOORS and ICC
- Proficient German skills (at least B2) and business fluent English skills (at least C1)
- Willingness to travel within Europe (approximately once per quarter)
- Structured, results-oriented working style, strong communication skills, and analytical thinking
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
