Responsibilities


  • Project Management: Planning, monitoring, and controlling development projects regarding time, scope, cost, and quality
  • Project Planning: Creation of work breakdown structures and scheduling for all project phases
  • Reporting & Communication: Preparation of weekly status and KPI reports as well as coordination of regular status meetings with specialist teams
  • Verification and Validation Management: Compilation of evidence for requirement compliance in collaboration with specialist teams
  • Risk and Opportunity Management: Active identification, highlighting, and management of project risks, dependencies, and delays
  • Configuration Management: Support as a Change Request Manager and execution of archiving activities for project documents
  • Project Organization: Definition, implementation, and control of the project team structure throughout the entire project lifecycle


Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering (at least Bachelor's)
  • Several years of professional experience in project management, project leadership, and engineering
  • Experience in change management, configuration management, and interface management
  • In-depth application knowledge of PDM systems (PDMLink, PDMlink A350) as well as DOORS and ICC
  • Proficient German skills (at least B2) and business fluent English skills (at least C1)
  • Willingness to travel within Europe (approximately once per quarter)
  • Structured, results-oriented working style, strong communication skills, and analytical thinking
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
