Responsibilities
- Financial steering: Create operating plans, forecasts, and monitor financial performance (PPI) for procurement
- Risk and opportunity management: Monitor balance sheet items, assess risks, and support business partners in decision-making
- Business partnership: Advise and steer procurement management on all economic and financial matters
- Reporting & analysis: Create and analyze consolidated financial reports in a heterogeneous environment with multiple stakeholders
- Process optimization: Introduce, promote, and consolidate planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Standardization: Drive the finance roadmap and define requirements for the Industrial team
- Project contribution: Contribute to savings and improvement projects as well as transnational harmonization initiatives
Qualifications
- Successfully completed Master's or Diplom degree in Business Administration or Finance
- Many years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in controlling, procurement, and finance
- Comprehensive experience with IT/information systems in a financial environment
- Proficient use of MS Office (detailed functions) and SAP (detailed functions)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Analytical thinking, high degree of independence, and strong team skills
- Curriculum vitae in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
