At Airbus Aerostructures in Varel, aircraft structures are built within defined, clearly described processes. As a Purchasing Planner, you ensure that material arrives at production at the right time. When delivery dates become uncertain, your experience brings calm: you coordinate with suppliers and procurement to keep the plan stable.
Use your SAP expertise to secure the material supply for a major aviation program.

Responsibilities
- Operational order processing and material supply for a defined supplier and material area
- Order control as well as missing part and bottleneck management in cooperation with suppliers and internal interfaces
- Master data maintenance of material master data and control parameters
- Inventory management to ensure optimal material availability
- Invoice processing and handling of complaints
- KPI monitoring and analysis of supply chain key figures
- Requirement coordination with internal customers
- Teamwork in cross-functional teams (MFTs) and projects
Qualifications
- Completed degree in business informatics, business administration, supply chain / logistics or economics (at least Bachelor's)
- Long-term professional experience in scheduling / material procurement and supply chain
- Several years of professional experience in production planning/control, production planning and control, and as a commercial clerk
- In-depth knowledge of SAP, especially in the MM and PP modules (SAP/MM-PP) as well as SAP/R3
- Negotiation-level German and English skills (each at B2 level)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
