Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Set deadlines, prioritize tasks, and assign team resources to various deliverables
- Project Monitoring: Oversee the development of procurement projects and ensure efficient task completion within the team
- Project Evaluation: Continuously evaluate projects for compliance with standards, budgets, and deadlines
- Project Documentation: Accurately document the creation, development, and execution of projects, including their scope, budget, and justification
- Value Creation: Identify and lead value creation projects and support product or service innovation
- Risk Management: Systematically identify, assess, and control risks within the procurement process
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain / Logistics (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in project management
- Initial experience in procurement and in the aerospace industry
- Good knowledge of Change Management, Risk Management, and Stakeholder Management
- Proficient use of Google Workspace; knowledge of Planisware or other PM tools is an advantage
- Business fluent English (at least C1); German or French language skills are advantageous
- Strong leadership and communication skills, independent working style, and pronounced results orientation
- Analytical thinking, creativity, and the willingness to question and optimize established processes
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
