Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance for chemical and electrical propulsion systems with a focus on component level
- Requirements Management: Alignment of customer requirements with internal quality standards
- Process Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all product and quality assurance rules
- Project Coordination: Monitoring of all quality assurance activities and coordination of involved disciplines
- Customer Interface: Active management of communication regarding product and quality assurance topics
- Documentation: Creation of product safety documentation, data packages, and conformity certificates
- Risk Management: Consolidation of the risk register and support in implementing risk mitigation measures
- Supplier Quality: Execution of tasks in procurement quality management including audits and evaluations
Qualifications
- Completed university degree in engineering (at least Bachelor's) or comparable qualification as a certified technician or master craftsman
- Several years of professional experience (minimum 3 years) in product or quality assurance
- Experience in quality assurance, ideally in aerospace or related high-tech industries
- Proficient use of SAP, MS Office tools, PLM-T / Teamcenter, and collaboration tools
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, Kepner Tregoe) and experience as an auditor are advantageous
- Strong teamwork skills, excellent communication skills, and an independent way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
