Tasks

  • Processing quality incidents, including root cause analysis and definition of corrective measures
  • Analysis and optimization of existing processes using LEAN principles
  • Responsibility for the implementation and sustainability of defined measures
  • Collaboration with related departments and continuous process improvement
  • Conducting internal quality assessments, documentation, and follow-up

Qualifications

  • Completed technical vocational training followed by further training as a technician or master craftsman
  • Several years of professional experience in quality assurance desirable
  • Experience in project work or project management an advantage
  • Confident use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
  • Good German and English skills (at least B2 in each)
  • Willingness to work flexitime/early shifts
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
