Tasks
- Analysis and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs), including cost of non-quality
- Creation and maintenance of quality reports for the Donauwörth site
- Use and further development of big data analyses, statistical process control, and quality control cards.
- Optimization of existing tools, including in VBA, MS Access, and JavaScript
- Project management in the area of quality management – internally and in the customer environment
- Moderation and implementation of problem-solving activities (e.g., 8D, 5W, Manage Problem Board)
- Interface function to production, quality assurance, work preparation, and engineering
- Introduction and monitoring of quality improvement measures
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Several years of professional experience in engineering, manufacturing, IT systems, project and quality management
- Experience with B-Flow, Norm Master, DeMat as well as VBA, MS Access and JavaScript is a plus
- German language skills – business fluent (min. C1), English language skills – advanced (min. B2)
- Strong analytical mindset, communication skills and a solution-oriented, proactive attitude
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
