Tasks

  • Act as the technical interface for production, logistics, supply chain and quality management in the A320 cabin program
  • Drive planning and coordination of technical acceptance processes, inspections and customer presentations
  • Generate digital KPI dashboards (e.g. in Skywise) and support data analysis with software engineers
  • Analyze quality deviations and define corrective and preventive actions to improve product and process compliance
  • Validate manufacturing deviations within the Quality DQ2 step
  • Implement, monitor and optimize quality control plans for cabin components
  • Conduct incoming inspections of cabin parts including documentation and deviation analysis
  • Ensure product conformity through close collaboration with suppliers, integrators and internal final assembly line teams

Qualifications

  • Completed technical training (e.g. technician/master craftsperson) or technical/business-related degree with a focus on aerospace or supply chain
  • Several years of experience in quality management, supply chain, project management or aircraft cabin production
  • In-depth knowledge of Total Quality Management, ideally combined with proven experience in data analytics and digital tools
  • Basic familiarity with SAP and confident use of Google Workspace
  • You work with analytical precision, assertiveness and a strong quality mindset—even under pressure in dynamic production environments
  • Fluent in German (min. C1) and English (min. C1)
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
