Tasks

  • Central point of contact between production, quality assurance, and interdisciplinary teams in final assembly
  • Analysis and processing of quality issues and customer complaints—from immediate measures to effectiveness monitoring
  • Development and implementation of quality guidelines, process improvements, and preventive measures
  • Supervision of the qualification process for production employees
  • Reporting and controlling of quality indicators
  • Management and collaboration in internal improvement projects
  • Control and monitoring of work packages
  • Active role in international quality initiatives and Total Quality Management (TQM) projects

Qualifications

  • Completed technical degree (e.g., engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable)
  • Several years of experience in quality management, ideally in aircraft construction or aerospace
  • In-depth knowledge of total quality management, project management, and problem-solving methods
  • Initial practical experience with SAP and, ideally, confident use of Google Workspace
  • Very good German skills (at least C1) and confident English skills (at least B2)
  • Analytical thinking, confident communication, and ability to work independently
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
